Peyton, a family name, is the reason we take pride in supplying you the best pure, unprocessed honey in the Caldwell County area.
From making the bee boxes, to extracting the honey, to bottling the finished product it is all done by hand on our property in Caldwell County.
During the winter months the bees are in a dormant state if you will and honey producing is put on hold. But, in late Winter and Spring they will come to life. May and June is normally extracting time for honey. "Just a little fact, it takes eight bees their entire lives to make just one teaspoon of honey."
After the honey is extracted and stained it goes directly in the bottles. Nothing is ever added to the honey during this time it is all 100% pure.
